Join us in learning about the benefits of coaching and mentoring from expert Kirsten Meneghello!

 

Kirsten Meneghello, JD, PCC, is an experienced executive and leadership coach and the founder of Illumination Coaching LLC. Her sweet spot is helping leaders communicate with impact, coach for performance and development, and create more cohesive teams. Her clients are mostly large corporations with 1,000+ employees. Industry experience includes healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, energy/utilities, and outdoor apparel. She is the current President of the Oregon statewide chapter for professional coaches (ICF Oregon). When she's not working, she studies Shotokan karate, yoga, dances, sings, and loves to go wine tasting.

Kirsten Meneghello will talk about both coaching and mentoring, the benefits of both,  and open up a discussion to the group about mentorship and our own experiences.
